Instructions

  1. Download the firmware file for your region below and unzip it on your computer.
  2. Save any driving footage you want to keep — the next step erases the memory card.
  3. Format the microSD card in your dash cam or a card reader. WARNING: formatting erases all data on the card.
  4. Copy the entire contents of the unzipped firmware folder to the root of the microSD card.
  5. Insert the microSD card into the dash cam and connect power to turn it on.
  6. The LED blinks while the firmware installs. The dash cam restarts on its own when it finishes.

Do not power off your dash cam until it begins continuous recording, as it may cause permanent damage to the dash cam.
