Power and electrical usage
On average, approximately 20 cents per use, factoring in the progressive electricity tax for residential usage. Please note that the actual electricity bill may vary depending on fluctuations in electricity rates
For the best result, it is recommended to store items within the device for only up to 5 days. To activate AI storage mode and regular storage mode, effectively preventing food spoilage and odor, it is advised to maintain a continuous power supply. When using the AI storage mode, the electricity consumption is approximately 2kWh per month, providing a reliable and efficient usage.
Weigt Measurement
To ensure accurate weight measurement, it is important to install the product on a levelled surface. Incorrect installation may lead to errors in weight measurement. Similarly, if the bucket is not properly installed on the heating plate, weight measurement errors may occur. If that is the case, remove the bucket, reinstall it on the product, and ensure it is correctly positioned on the heating plate. Press the bucket sufficiently downward along with the heating plate to ensure accurate weight measurement.
When using the product for the first time, we recommend installing it on a level surface and initializing the weight sensor to ensure precise weight measurements when powering it on. For ongoing weight accuracy, it is advised to periodically reset the weight sensor while emptying the bucket. This process is similar to resetting the zero point on a scale. To optimize weight sensor initialization, make sure to empty the bucket, install it correctly, and then initialize the weight sensor.
For accurate weight sensor initialization, make sure to follow these steps:
(1) Empty the food from the bucket,
(2) Install the dryer properly, and
(3) Initialize the weight sensor.
[How to initialize the weight sensor]
Reset the product’s weight sensor by pressing the “Mode” button on the top right of the product’s body for 10 seconds. When you press the mode button for 4 seconds, the voice guidance function will be disabled. However, by continuing to press the “Mode” button, you will successfully complete the weight sensor initialization process.
▲Caution: For accurate weight sensor initialization, make sure to empty the food in the bucket, then proceed to securely install the dryer container before initializing the weight sensor.
Product Usage
If the door is unlocked and then relocked during food processing, the system will conduct a new weight measurement to recalculate the processing time, regardless of the current processing status.
On average, the processing time is approximately 4 to 6 hours. However, variations may occur if additional processing is needed during operation.

Yes, the stainless-steel cover is washable. To ensure optimal hygiene, simply remove the stainless steel cover and clean it with a soft material using warm water and a neutral detergent.
