Only reason it is one star is because there is no option for zero stars. This is for a U3000. The camera works fine. Having to go through the rigamarole of pairing and connect is a PITA. I tried to use a 256gb card but the camera times out and resets before the mem card can be formatted. The card is a Samsung 256 EVO. Thinkware requires that their card be used (the 64gb card that came with the unit works fine). They want $90 for a 256 gb card. Amazon has the Samsung for $22. Thinkware is a RIPOFF!!
Will never buy another Thinkware product.
