Automatically switches to low-power mode in high temperatures, recording impacts only until normal Parking mode can resume.

Thinkware is the only brand that actually holds up to extreme desert heat. I’ve tried many brands and the longest they last are 2 years. I’ve had several Thinkware dashcams and they’ve all been OEM quality and reliability.
I hope the ARC 700 will hold up to my expectations.
I wish I could turn off the “have a safe drive” greeting but whatever, I’ll learn to live with it.

Easy install and fantastic video quality
A complete and very high quality dash camera system. Installed in our Kia Soul and it has more than enough cable to router the rear cam anywhere we want. We connected using the optional OBD2 cable which was nice to not have to hardwire but still get the parking mode recording. The app paired without issue and the clarity of the video is fantastic even through the 70% ceramic tint. Quality cam!
