received as a gift, the memory card is in but when plugged into the dash it says no memory card…memory card won’t eject…best buy will not allow exchange…horrible first experience with thinkware product

so far the camera shows good quality however the file management system is somehow odd to me. when set to parking mode the camera will overwrite the oldest files with new files, this is expected, however, because continuous recording saves the files in a different folder than when in parking mode. so when in parking mode the camera deletes the oldest files within that folder.
I wish the camera would use some database structure to save the files into the same folder so that when parking or driving it will always delete the oldest file and not the oldest in the folder. My bike was stolen and if this setup was as I suggest we would have the thief on camera.
either make sure you get a large sd card so you have more space to record.
Also, my camera is set to timelapse recording and I am not sure if this would trigger motion detection, but the thief clearly walked in front of the camera to get the bikes but was not recorded as a separate event ( event folder?)

red light cqmeras recorded 1 in 10. Latest drive info loaded low sound output . lane change alert is a hardly an audible blip.
woud lbe nice to have a continuous playback clip after clip on the viewer. can not use the app on galaxy smart phone but works on galaxy tablet. Can park 10 feet away from car in front and even with the zoom screen the lic plate is not recognizable. had ameras at half the price were better. Very unhappy. 269.00 $ not worth it for a f200 pro. Call back from support 3 days later.

Customer service did a great job in helping to replace a Dashcam that was no longer working. Trouble shooting first and then giving a discount price on a new one when troubleshooting did not help.
