Extended Holiday Return, Price Guarantee, Price Match Policy
For the 2022 holiday season, we would like to make your shopping experience easier by extending the Return, Price Guarantee, and Price Match period.
Return Policy
If for any reason, you are not satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return dash cams in New condition that were purchased directly from ThinkwareStore.com between Oct 10 – Dec 31, 2022, for a full refund back to the original form of payment. Any orders that have elapsed the 30-day period will get a full refund as store credit until Jan 31, 2023.
The Standard 15-Day Return Policy is still in effect for all accessories and all dash cams in Refurbished condition.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, in its original packaging and with all included accessories. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the returned items are not in the condition mentioned above, Thinkware reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20%.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If you need to start a return process, please send an email to our Customer Support with a copy of your invoice attached.
Thinkware products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
Price Guarantee Policy
If you happen to purchase an item directly from ThinkwareStore.com between Oct 10 – Dec 31, 2022, and later find the same item at a lower cost from ThinkwareStore.com or other authorized retailers within the United States and Canada, we will refund you the price difference. If you reach out to us within 30 days of purchase, we will refund the price difference on your original method of payment within 10 business days. After 30 days of purchase until Dec 31, 2022, you will be eligible to receive a refund as store credit for ThinkwareStore.com equal to the price difference.
To start this process, please send an email to our Customer Support with a copy of your Invoice along with details and proof of the price difference being offered by the authorized retailer. The offer that you would like us to match must be active at the time the price match is requested and from one of our authorized retailers within the United States and Canada.
Price Match Policy
If you are thinking of purchasing an item directly from ThinkwareStore.com, but you find that one of our authorized retailers within the United States and Canada is selling the same item at a lower cost, we’ll gladly match the price. If you reach out to us within 30 days of purchase, we will refund the price difference on your original method of payment within 10 business days. After 30 days of purchase and before Dec 31, 2023, store credit equal to the price difference will be issued for ThinkwareStore.com.
To start this process, please contact our Customer Support and present us with proof of the lower price being offered by an authorized retailer. The offer that you would like us to match must be active at the time the price match is requested and from one of our authorized retailers within the United States and Canada.
The Price Guarantee and Price Match policy does not apply to:
- Auction site prices,
- Unauthorized retailers
- Thinkware’s or an authorized retailer’s item offered (a) for free or with rebate or coupon or promotional gift card/promotional credit, (b) as part of a bundled offer or financing offer, (c) as a clearance/closeout sale, or (d) for sale for less than 6 hours in a day
- Thinkware’s or an authorized retailer’s item which is out of stock/not available for immediate shipment, or which is offered in limited quantities
- An authorized retailer’s item that is advertised below Thinkware’s actual cost
- Thinkware’s or an authorized retailer’s item which is offered as open box or refurbished
- Add-on services such as extended warranty or installation
- Any item offered by Thinkware or an authorized retailed which is subject to MAP pricing
- Thinkware’s or an authorized retailer’s advertised price which is the result of a typographical error
Limitations of the Price Guarantee and Price Match policy: Only one Price Guarantee and Price Match per customer; only one Price Guarantee and Price Match per item. The Price Guarantee and/or Price Match must be requested on or before Dec 31, 2022. Any requests after Dec 31, 2022, will not be considered.
Thinkware reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Extended Holiday Return, Price Guarantee, Price Match Policy at any time without notice but will honor any eligible price matching requests for any item purchased from ThinkwareStore.com prior to the date the Extended Holiday Return, Price Guarantee, Price Match Policy is discontinued.
Store Credit
The store credit will be issued to your email account associated with your Thinkware Store purchase. The store credit acts as a form of payment and therefore can be used to pay for any product from ThinkwareStore.com.
If your available credit covers your entire order, the amount will be deducted from your balance. If your available credit doesn’t cover your entire purchase, use an accepted form of payment for the remaining balance.
Credit can’t be transferred to different email accounts, or to different payment profiles in an account. The store credit will expire 6 months from the date of issue.
